Plain answers
Is FRAP worth it?
FRAP is the profit formula that helps small business owners make more money from the customers they already have, using four levers: Frequency, Referrals, Average Ticket and Pricing.
Yes, especially if you already have customers and revenue. FRAP helps you find more profit in the business you’ve already built by improving Frequency, Referrals, Average Ticket, and Pricing. You don’t need all four levers to produce huge results. Sometimes one small change to one lever can materially change what you take home without spending another dollar on ads.
Who is FRAP worth it for?
FRAP is worth it for an owner-run service business that keeps too little of what it makes.
Built for you if
- You have real customers and real revenue, but your profit does not match the work you put in.
- You run a service business: trades, home services, retail, consulting, restaurants, health and wellness, gunsmithing and more.
- You are willing to change how you package, present and price your work.
- You don’t just listen to advice. You take action.
Not for you if
- Your business is pre-revenue. FRAP needs customers to work on.
- You are looking for a lead-generation system. FRAP is not one; it makes the customers you already have worth more.
- You want a passive product rather than something you run.
- You are unwilling to raise prices. Pricing is one of the four levers, and it is the one owners resist most.
What results have FRAP members seen?

Larry Riley. Outdoor Kitchens, Jacksonville. Best July and August in nine years

Tiffany Welch. Pavement Sealing and Pressure Washing, Florida. Opening a second location on the profits
You could offer me $50,000 to forget everything he’s ever told me and I would just laugh at you. Because in six months, he’s made me more profit than that.
